All the above delivery times are estimated and can take longer than quoted. For those customers in the UK who want the quickest possible delivery we suggest using our garenteed next day delivery service. Tracking information is available on request 24 hours after shipping confirmation.
All our packages are shipped discreetly with no outer markings to suggest its contents. If any customer has any special shipping requests, please leave a comment in the notes of the order. UK customers can select free shipping at checkout when your order comes to over £100.
Order Status Information:
Pending - Order received, awaiting confirmation of payment.
Processing - Payment confirmed, order will be processed and dispatched with our next lot of shipments.

Returns & Cancellations:
As peptides are perishable items, returns are not accepted. This is to ensure we keep our high levels of product quality. An order may be cancelled before the 2:00pm shipping cut off.
